Frequently Asked Questions

PREPARING FOR CLASS
Do I need boxing experience?

All levels of experience are welcome! We’re here to help. And if you want to level up, consider private training sessions with one of our trainers.

Do I need anything for class?

Gloves are available for free use during any of our classes. Wraps can be purchased at the front desk for $12. We recommend you bring a water bottle—prepare to sweat!

Do I need my own gloves?

Nope! We’ve got you covered. Feel free to use the gloves provided. We sanitize and cycle them out between each class.

How do I wrap my hands?

We want to make sure those knuckles stay protected. Ask your trainer, the front desk, or a fellow classmate to help you out if you need it!
