A 45-minute Boxing Burnout Class incorporating shadowboxing, heavy bag work, and basic training techniques, focused on building endurance, strength and recovery. All Overthrow classes are taught by current or former competitive fighters.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CLASS
SUPERCHARGED WARM-UP
Get started fast with calisthenics and shadow boxing. Learn the type of punches and defensive moves you will put to use during class.
PARTNER WORK
Grab your gloves and a partner, team up and learn combination together!
BAG WORK + PLYMOETRICS
Start working the bag and switch on and off with plyometric exercises.
BURNOUT
Ramp up the intensity with focused heavy bag work!
COOL DOWN AND CORE
Catch your breath for a couple of minutes then finish off your class with 5 min of impactful core work.
WORK TOGETHER
Band together with a tight-knit group of individuals to sweat, push, and inspire each other week after week.

Ready to fight? We offer two class types, “Underground” set in our unique underground space, and “Ring Work” set in our regulation boxing ring. Class begins with a physical warm-up, punch introduction and shadowboxing. Jump into our unique pad and partner work drills, then finish on the heavy bags to bring it all home.
