/PRIVATE TRAINING BY OVERTHROW

Overthrow private training sessions are personalized to your fitness goals. Sessions are 60 minutes. The workout includes a physical warmup, calisthenics, shadowboxing, mitt work and heavy bag work. We include strength and conditioning exercises to build a fighters mind, body and spirit.

Sessions are booked per hour. Learn from pro fighters and high level amateurs to get started right.

Splitting sessions is welcome, bring a friend and split the rate!

Sessions are booked per hour, Once you complete booking your private training session, you will be contacted within 24-hours to confirm your appointment. Not all times and trainers are guaranteed due to availability. For Packs the time slots are only for the first session.
