PRIVATE TRAINING BY OVERTHROW

Overthrow private training sessions are personalized to your fitness goals. Sessions are 60 minutes. The workout includes a physical warmup, calisthenics, shadowboxing, mitt work and heavy bag work. We include strength and conditioning exercises to build a fighters mind, body and spirit. Sessions are booked per hour. Learn from pro fighters and high level amateurs to get started right.
Splitting sessions is welcome, bring a friend and split the rate!
