WHAT TO BRING:

  • MASK
  • WATER
  • GLOVES AND WRAPS IF YOU HAVE THEM. (NOT REQUIRED)
  • A FRIEND TO FIGHT WITH (WE MAY DO PARTNER WORK WITH THOSE WHO ARE WILLING)

CLASS WILL BE 45 MINUTES OF HARD SHADOWBOXING, HIGH INTENSITY CALISTHENICS AND BOXING DRILLS.
