BEGINS JAN 7TH @10AM WITH SYD

Starting JAN. 7th! 2 classes per week, for 6 weeks!

Band together with a tight-knit group of individuals to sweat, push, and inspire each other week after week.

Ripper class begins, JAN 7th – FEB 17th
Tuesdays @ 6:30pm (upper body + core)
Sundays @ 10am. (lower body + core)

× Begin with 2-minute meditation or breathwork to get present. 
× 5-minute health and wellness check-in.
× Muscle building Exercises with weights, dumbells and calisthenics..
× Core workouts
× Finisher 6x sprints outside!

I have a background as both a teacher and an athlete so you always feel an arch to my classes that is intentional and instructive. You will have an amazing workout, you will learn about boxing, and you’ll always feel the rhythm, because rhythm helps us move with fluidity.
